Job Title: Coordinator, Pricing

Job Summary:

The Pricing Coordinator drafts contractual language used for customer contract modifications and provides instrumental negotiation support for the Sales group. The incumbent serves as the Corporate Legal department liaison for the Pricing and Sales groups and provides critical customer contract support to protect TForce Freight. This position ensures customer contract tools are successfully implemented and managed in a time-sensitive manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides internal customers (e.g., Sales, Pricing, Rev Mgmt, etc.) with ongoing contract guidance (e.g., contract compliance, existing customer contract interpretation, how to explain contract components to customers) to support operational objectives & customer acct mgmt.
• Sends contracts to Legal for review when required to evaluate any customized contract language requested by customers.
• Drafts customer contract language to support sales solutions and to mitigate TFFs risks (e.g., legal, financial, etc.).
• Analyzes external legal counsel recommendations on contract revisions and risks to ensure TForce Freight business needs are exhaustively addressed and reflected.
• Engages in customers negotiations along with Sales group to understand ongoing business deal components and explain TForce Freight legal position on contractual matters (e.g., language, terms, conditions, etc.)

Job Requirements:

• U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
• Currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself
• Bachelor Degree (or internationally comparable degree)
