Salesforce Developer (Chicago) (Finance)
Fitch Group is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Business Applications team, based out of London, Chicago or Toronto office. This role is within a high performing Salesforce development team, working closely with business applications leadership, business decision makers, and end users. This individual must have the ability to configure/ customize Salesforce to meet the business need.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
CI/CD Release Management: Manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) release processes to ensure seamless and efficient software delivery.
Requirement Mapping: Map business requirements to Salesforce features and functionality, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Technology Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with Salesforce Technology to ensure the reference architecture remains current and effective.
What You Need to Have:
Salesforce Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
Salesforce Lightning Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Component development.
Version Control and CI/CD: Experienced with version control systems and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) release management.
Agile/Scrum Methodology: Experienced in working within an agile/scrum development process.
APEX Proficiency: Skilled in APEX triggers, classes, batch processes, and test methods.
API Knowledge: Proficient in REST API, SOAP API, and platform events.
Communication and Team Skills: Excellent communication skills, a strong team player, and a self-starter.
