The Audiology Assistant works under the direction of licensed audiologists to support patient flow and provide administrative assistance. Strong organization, clear communication, and attention to detail are key to success in this role. This position is essential in maintaining efficient clinic operations and delivering excellent patient care.This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with six years experience in a position that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Support patient flow and staging of the patient during clinic appointments.

Collect clinical results under the supervision of the audiologist

Support management of invoices, documents, contracts and other clerical needs within the audiology division.

Manage supplies and medical devices orders for patients.
\n
Support patient communication needs including voicemails, emails and MyChart.
\n
Performs other clerical and administrative duties in support of the clinic and office.
