Position Overview
We are seeking a Technical Security Specialist that is dedicated to ensuring a secure working environment for the organization through the deployment of technical security solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in security technologies, system integration, and project management. Additional experience working in corporate security for a large corporation a plus. The Technical Corporate Security Specialist will oversee the implementation and effective utilization of technical security solutions to ensure a secure work environment. Additionally, the Specialists will play an active role in the response and investigation of security incidents.
What You'll Do
Manage security-related projects and collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deploy and upgrade security technologies.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of security equipment, including CCTV systems, card readers, alarms, and access control systems.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in security equipment and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the organization's security posture.
Work with teams to review construction plans for new builds or remodels and ensure security technology requirements are met.
Assist in security operations to include incident response, investigations, threat monitoring, access control, liaison with law enforcement, and video surveillance.
Qualifications
5 or more years of security industry experience.
Demonstrated expertise with LenelS2, March Networks, and DMP security systems or similar systems is highly preferred.
Technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve security system issues.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple security technology projects.
Experience in communicating technical information to technical and non-technical personnel.

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $59,000.00 - $77,000.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
