What You Will Do
The Process Improvement Lead is responsible for strict quality and GMP training compliance, promptly addressing deviations and instilling a culture of excellence. It spearheads Process Improvement, applying data-driven strategies and Six Sigma efficiencies. Responsibilities include metric management, advancing safety and quality, and keeping training current. This position mentors staff, drives process enhancements, and champions a quality-focused mindset across operations. It also plays a critical role in continuous improvement, leading key projects and offering expert Process Excellence guidance.
