Program Assistant - North Modesto FRC (Healthcare)
High school diploma or GED required. Coursework in business skills preferred.
One year of training and/experience in an office setting preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Word.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness are required.
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
Bilingual Spanish
A valid California driver's license is required of staff who have regular driving duties, and the driving record must meet the requirements of their position and be approved by the agency's insurance company
Essential Job Functions:

Responsibilities:
Adhere to all legal and ethical standards including but not limited to maintaining confidentiality of agency business.
Greet clients and answer telephones in a polite, professional and pleasant manner.
Schedule appointments as required based on program needs.
Prepare routine correspondence, type letters, reports, data entry tasks, meeting notes, and other documents as requested.
Create and maintain client files as needed.
Basic knowledge of all agency programs.
Orders office supplies and handles maintenance requests for the office.
Responsible for preventing and controlling infection.
Responsible for maintaining a culture of quality and safety.
Effectively use de-escalation skills and techniques for crisis prevention.
Properly administer the C-SSRS to help prevent suicide.
Interaction is appropriate and sensitive to the client's culture. Interaction is appropriate for the client's developmental level.
