Project Manager (Information Technology)
What can I expect in this role?
This is a full-time salaried exempt position working Monday through Friday 8am - 5:00 pm.
Some key duties in this role include:
Project Management
Manage projects from conception to launch ensuring appropriate procedures, documentation and reviews are completed throughout. Consult with stakeholders including Product Management, R&D, Regulatory, and Sales to identify internal and external project objectives, expectations, and requirements. Develop and maintain project plans considering competing priorities, resource availability, and task durations and dependencies while effectively communicating expectations and milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional management to prioritize and allocate resources across project portfolio while balancing workloads. Understand and monitor regulatory and process requirements and documentation throughout all phases of the project. Hold project team members accountable to deadlines.
Communication
Schedule and facilitate standard and ad hoc project meetings including kick-offs, project planning, controlled document working sessions, technical reviews, and design reviews. Coordinate meetings and communications across the project team to manage timelines, identify issues and risks, solve problems and coordinate activities. Develop reporting and communication plans to apprise stakeholders of project status, updates, changes, issues, and risks.

Here is what we are looking for:
3+ years of Project Management experience.
Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience. Project Management certification strongly preferred.
Experience leading groups, facilitating meetings, and assigning roles, resources, activities and budgets.Demonstrated experience driving process improvements.
Experience in the Medical Device and/or Life Science industry a plus.
The ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
