Assist the service manager in maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records relative to the service departments operation within the dealership. Job Duties: Fields internal and external customer inquiries to the Service DepartmentOpens work orders as directed by the Service Manager/Shop Foreman and maintains control throughout the jobs until they are closed and invoiced Checks in customers and assesses equipment at drop offArranges pickup/delivery/field work for equipment as neededVerifies and sells repair estimates created by technicainsMaintains customer contact thougout the repair process and manages customer expectationsFinalizes invoices, contacts customers, and collects payment Updates customer profiles using equipment, hours, or other information from the customer work ordersMaintains Service Department filing and recordsMaintains accessories and supplies and prepares replacement ordersProcesses warranty and/or product improvement claims including the computation of charges, submission and follow-upAnd other duties as assigned Ag-Pro provides a comprehensive range of benefits for all full-time positions that includes medical, dental, vision and a matching 401-K retirement plan along with a variety of other optional benefits.
