We are expanding and seeking a proactive and skilled Manager, Project Delivery Management to oversee and guide a group of project delivery experts. In this position, you will guarantee the smooth implementation of projects, encouraging teamwork among collaborators while promoting efficiency, quality, and timely completion. The perfect candidate is a creative problem solver with strong leadership abilities and a dedication to delivering impactful projects in a dynamic setting.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of project delivery managers, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Develop team capabilities through mentoring, training, and performance management.
• Manage workload distribution and prioritization to ensure efficient performance.
• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance frameworks and methodologies.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that may impact project outcomes.
• Foster positive relationships with internal and external collaborators, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for project-related concerns and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Continuously assess and improve delivery processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and quality.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Hardware Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
• 8+ overall years of proven experience in project delivery management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customers.
• Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision.
• Experience leading global projects.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
• Extensive experience with data centers, servers and networking equipment and technologies

The base salary range is 176,000 USD - 276,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
