Position Details
TaborStreet℠ is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator responsible for providing administrative services for TaborStreet℠ to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial operations. This role will work with vendors to resolve any issues and ensure transactions are handled appropriately.This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented person who enjoys managing transactions, problem-solving with numbers and preparing financial data in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Job Duties
- Performs daily processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure company finances are maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner, including sorting, scanning, and coding to appropriate systems daily.
- Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Delivers and transfers invoices to stores to code for payment.
- Handles vendor inquiries regarding payments, remittance information, past due invoices, etc.
- Researches and resolves invoice discrepancies and issues
