Branch Manager (Project Management)
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include overseeing performance, enhancing customer experience, developing and mentoring team members, managing finances, ensuring compliance, and building strong relationships. Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships that align with our company's objectives and values.
Essential Functions
Builds and manages high-value client relationships, identifying business opportunities and promoting Bank products to enhance profitability. Manages and grows a book of business by collaborating with partners such as Commercial Relationship Officers and Lending Officers. Sets the strategic direction for the branch, focusing on achieving profit, performance, and customer service goals to ensure overall branch success and long-term growth. Leads community involvement, enhancing the Banks reputation, and meeting Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and Community Affairs (CA) goals by representing the branch in strategic community activities. Conducts regular staff meetings, communicates clear goals, and provides leadership to guide staff toward branch objectives. Leads recruitment, identifies training needs, and implements development plans for team growth. Ensures all branch operations adhere to Bank policies, regulatory standards, and risk management protocols. Manages compliance reports, verifies customer identities, and maintains strict adherence to compliance guidelines. Oversees branch security, opening/closing procedures, and ensures adherence to asset protection, cash handling accuracy, and audit compliance. Maintains responsibility for all security and safety protocols. Holds full accountability for meeting branch goals, managing branch profitability, and maintaining high service and operational standards.
Ancillary Functions
Leads and delegates tasks in a clear and proper manner among assigned staff. Conducts annual performance reviews, providing clear feedback and follow through with corrective action if necessary. Provides coaching, recognition, motivation and skill development to staff members on a consistent basis to meet Bank's strategy and objectives. Communicates clearly among her/his teams, assuring all team members have the appropriate tools and information to perform according to expectations. Administers personnel policies and procedures, such as time and attendance.Assures adherence to Bank policies and procedures and federal and state regulatory requirements.Provides cross-functional support to other areas of the department and the Bank where service or assistance is needed. Performs tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances.
Mandatory Training Curricula

Physical Demands

This job is mostly sedentary in nature, but may occasionally involve lifting files and other materials that weigh up to 20 lbs. Employees in this job must be able to work in an office environment during regular business hours where they come into regular and frequent contact with internal and external customers and other members of the public. Therefore, employees in this position are expected to have consistently positive interactions with the public.
