Draft responses and track filings in government matters (e.g. EEOC, OFCCP, etc.)
Assist with the factual development and analysis of cases, including interviewing businesspeople, gathering and reviewing documentation, and creating case timelines.
Coordinate document production and draft correspondence and subpoena responses.
Provide comprehensive caseload management including deadline calendaring, deposition coordination, and interview scheduling.
Interface with employees at all levels as well as various third parties, including outside counsel, vendors, and customers
Manage the docketing and record-keeping functions as well as contribute to developing processes, procedures and controls around information and knowledge management.
Conduct legal and factual research and analysis.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
College Degree, or equivalent work experience in a related legal function
Typically, 5+ years of experience in a paralegal role, with demonstrable experience in areas such as discovery, legal research, case management, or administrative proceedings
May require professional certification
