The Role:
Our Drain technicians are on the front line of service in our customers' homes. They will conduct general maintenance calls, clearing drains, performing home evaluations, and making minor plumbing repairs. Our priority is the customer, ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.
What You'll Do
Completes in-home drain cleaning, jetting, cable work, minor plumbing repairs, and 360 whole home evaluations.
Will establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that "You're my go-to company" relationship.
Consistently represents themselves as a professional and "industry knowledgeable".
Educates customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement.
Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck.
Is excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
What You'll Need
Knowledge of Local Plumbing Codes (Preferred)
6+ Months of Previous Plumbing Experience
Jetter Experience is a plus!
Ability to Make on the Job Decisions
A Clean, Safe, Driving Record
A Knack for Diffusing Messy Situations
High School Diploma or GED
