Training Lead (Mixing) - 3rd Shift (Finance)

Position Summary:
The Training Lead is responsible for welcoming and training all new hourly Mixing Department employees within the new employees' first four weeks. The Training Lead should be warm, inviting, friendly, and helpful to our new hires. They will work closely with the Assistant Supervisors, Supervisors, and HR Representative to ensure performance of new employees is tracked and communicated appropriately.
Essential Functions:
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Will be working in an environment that may at times be noisy and warm or very cold. Must be able to access any area of the facility (office or manufacturing plant) which may require walking through tight spaces, up and down stairways, or maneuver around obstacles to be able shadow a new employee. Must be able to lift between 20 and 30 lbs to show new employees how to lift properly without causing injury.
Education, Experience and Required Skills:
High School Diploma or General Education (GED)
