Commercial Roofing Sales (Construction)

The Commercial Sales role is responsible for growing the commercial sales division.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Grow Commercial sales division organicallyManage client relationships, identify opportunities for new contractsManage leads that come into the office and internal marketing effortsTrain new sales/estimators as neededContribute to overall sales goalsCreate and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goalsHold self accountable for sales goalsOversee project management of sales/estimatorsExecute company visionConduct all business in accordance with established policies and proceduresSupport and abide by the values of the companyOther duties as assigned
