Member Services Specialist/Marketing Assistant (Sales)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and track all marketing material for the club including but not limited to social media, monthly newsletter, print publications and weekly e-blast Build relationship with members through marketing material, member spotlights and interviews Build collaborative relationships with other local businesses on the lake Coordinate marketing campaign with corporate marketing team Maintain an inventory of marketing materials Provide administrative support when neededOther duties as assigned by Manager
Technical and Physical Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrior marina experience preferredPrevious customer service experience preferredProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to sit for long periods of timeAbility to lift 10 poundsKnowledge of Photoshop, InDesign or other graphic design software
