Creative Strategy Intern (Finance)

Position Summary:
As a Creative Strategy Intern, you'll get hands-on experience shaping how creative work gets done at a large organization. You'll empower teams to bring their ideas to life with easy-to-use tools and clear brand guidance, while also diving into data to discover what makes content resonate with audiences. This is your chance to combine creativity, strategy, and analytics to make a real impact.
In this role, you'll help roll out Adobe Express as a go-to creative tool across the org, giving teams the ability to create eye-catching, on-brand materials on their own. You'll also build a proposal for web-based brand guidelines to make our brand standards more accessible and easier to use. Finally, you'll dig into data from platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, email, webinars and web to understand creative effectiveness, and inform future creative strategies and decisions.
Your Typical Day May Involve:
Lead the development of an org-wide Adobe Express self-service platform, ensuring it includes regular template updates, audits, and maintenance for effective and on-brand design creation by teams.
Create a proposal for web-based brand guidelines, including a prototype, competitive research, analysis, and actionable recommendations, to establish a long-term, accessible resource for maintaining the organization's brand identity.
Collaborate with the Creative Analyst to gather and interpret performance data, establishing a process to continually uncover insights about impactful content which will guide data-informed decisions.
Analyze in-market creative and deliver a report on performance insights, outlining what's working, what's not, and recommendations for improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
In the process of obtaining a bachelors or masters in Marketing, or related field
Completed Marketing and/or business coursework
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence strategic decision-making.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Work effectively as part of a team and independently with a positive attitude.
Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Takes accountability and ownership of his/her own work.
Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite software
Understanding of performance analytics and reporting tools (eg. Tableau)
Ability to organize creative libraries and visual assets based on best practices
Must have at least one additional quarter/semester of school remaining following the completion of the internship

The hourly U.S. pay range for this position is: $20.00 - $47.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5's differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
