North America Senior Negotiator (Director Level) (Project Management)
The North America Senior Negotiator will collaborate with the ERM Commercial leaders and Partners to develop and negotiate commercial Framework Agreements across our Client Programs. You will be experienced with influencing key stakeholders and establish yourself as trusted advisor with our Senior Leadership. You will work closely with Global and Regional Commercial Leaders, Finance and Legal teams to support service and pricing value propositions.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Engaging with clients including Procurement to support commercial growth, profitability, and development for strategically significant clients
Review the annual key client roster to reflect pricing opportunities for consultants at various career levels and alignment with ERM's own commitments, historic performance and ability to resource.
Provide support for pricing training and strategies for our Sr. Consultants and Partners.
Project leader to enhance ERM's value and drive innovation for ERM's Commercial team.
Continue to build ‘account performance management' capability across the organization
Coordination of account reviews and leveraging of shared learnings and continuous improvement opportunities
Full collaboration and partnership with ERM's Finance, Global Client Lead, Global Service Leads, Service Development and Legal Teams.
Material impact on growth and value creation from our account management and account development practices

Works to influence others to accept job function's view/practices and agree/accept new concepts, practices, and approaches. Requires ability to communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to the organization. May conduct briefings with senior leaders within the job function. For example:
Working with Regional senior leadership, Industry and Service Line teams and Partners in the business to execute Client commercial Framework Agreements.
Working with commercial, operations, marketing, and executive teams to align on strategic approach to negotiating Framework Agreements.
Job Requirements & Capabilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree
6+ years of progressive experience in the consulting or regulatory environment, working substantially with industrial clients; and with a demonstrated track record of supporting business growth
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
Project and contract management experience
Exposure to working with multinational entities
Understanding of corporate governance requirements
Experience with contract development and negotiation
