Traditional Manufacturing Plating Technician (Healthcare)

Our Traditional Manufacturing team refines jewelry using tools and machinery, ensuring quality through precise assembly, polishing, and inspection.
The Plating Technician will perform various plating techniques, including rhodium, rose gold, and 18k gold plating, while ensuring the highest quality of finished products. This role also involves patina, antique, epoxy, and enamel work to create or enhance jewelry and related items.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform plating processes, including 14k yellow gold, 18k green gold, 24k gold, rose gold, and rhodium plating.Assemble jump rings on key chains and earrings with precision.Mask items for bead blasting or other preparation steps.Submit samples for analysis and add chemicals to baths based on returned results.Execute enamel, patina, brush pumice, and antique techniques on products.Conduct nickel flash plating and pen plating as needed.Apply epoxy and enamel finishes with attention to detail.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentReliable team player with strong communication skillsAbility to maintain excellent numerical accuracy in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn new skillsDemonstrated proficiency in tasks requiring manual dexterity and close-range detail observationProficient eyesight capable of detecting minor flawsAble to sit for your work shift and perform repetitious production tasks
