The Regional Account Manager will be supervising the relationship with our long-term care facilities and assisted living communities in the surrounding areas of Austin, Texas in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws.

Responsibilities
Handle overall driving performance and leading strategic planningManage effective Austin Texas team-based operationsSchedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilitiesRespond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilitiesAbility to relate to client needsWork with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client facilities and to solve client facility issuesDevelop and maintain relationships with Administrators and Director of Nursing of client facilities to facilitate position responsibilitiesPerform additional duties when required

Qualifications
Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferredExtensive knowledge of health care proceduresAbility to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed informationDriven and motivated problem-solverAbility to work independently and team playerGood organizational and interpersonal skillsA valid drivers license and reliable transportation requiredWilling to drive long distances in the State of Texas
