Role reports to: Sr. Manager PMO
Location: Lititz, PA facility
Pay : Anticipated hourly pay for this role ($22.75 - $26.00) depending on skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors
What you will do
The Process/ Project Engineering Co-Op is a 5-to-8-month experience with an opportunity to extend into the Winter / Spring of 2026 designed to help college students develop leadership, technical, and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training, development, coaching and mentorship. This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom in a consumer products manufacturing facility. This is a full-time (minimum 40 hours per week) assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Support of daily activities on-site within the facility, including but not limited to:
• Project Management Support
• Data Analysis and Root Cause Problem Solving
• Supporting the development and implementation of innovative methods to improve site processes and performance metrics
• Validation Activity Support
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
• Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Be at least a sophomore at the time of the application
• Degree focused on any type of Engineering program: Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, Computer, Bio-Medical, or any other engineering discipline
• A minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA based on a 4.0 scale
• Ability to commit to a 5-to-8-month duration to work full time (40 hours per week) during the duration of the assignment. The program will be active from Monday-Friday from August-2025 to December 2025 ( with an opportunity to extend into the Winter / Spring of 2026 )
• The student is expected to be available for travel to the office. Please note that arranging transportation will be the student's responsibility
• Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Desired Qualifications
• Exhibits strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Displays willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
• Demonstrated experience with Minitab or other statistical tools, Tableau, Power BI or similar dashboard / reporting tools
