Assisted Living Lead Nurse (RN) (Healthcare)
Responsibilities
Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.Perform venipuncture for blood draws and intravenous access.Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and treatment options.Assist in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients leaving the facility.Maintain accurate records in accordance with ICD-9 coding standards.Support patients with aliment-related needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being.Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.Delegation of tasks to nursing staff

Qualifications
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.Experience in senior careProficient in medication administration and venipuncture techniques.Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
