Customer Experience Specialist (Maintenance)
Post-Sale Engagement:
Call each customer who purchased a vehicle the day prior to congratulate them and thank them for their business.Request Google or Yelp reviews for used car sales and Ford surveys for new car sales.Ask for referrals and share information about customer loyalty incentives.
Customer Support:
Serve as a secondary point of contact by sharing your direct line and email, ensuring customers feel supported and connected.
Lead Follow-Up:
Proactively call, text, and email all Internet Customer Inquiry (ICI) leads with energy and enthusiasm.Gauge interest in buying or trading vehicles. If there is no immediate interest, pivot to discuss purchasing the customers current vehicle.Collaborate with the ICO Concierge to set appointments for customers interested in selling their vehicles.
Task Management:
Follow VIN ICI tasks and month-to-month follow-up protocols to ensure leads are managed efficiently and effectively.
What Were Looking For:
Strong communication skills, including phone, email, and text.Enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.Ability to multitask and adhere to follow-up protocols.Previous experience in the automotive industry or customer service is a plus.A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
