Location: Remote, Warrendale, PA (Pittsburgh, PA) area
The Senior Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for all employee relations activity for specified business units and departments at Vector Security. This includes investigations, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, and associated terminations. The incumbent will address background check / drug testing hits and will also train managers on how to more effectively lead/manage their teams when facing performance issues. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for resolving all Ethics Hotline submissions.
