Regional Distribution Center Clerk (Finance)

WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Assist RDC Management in executing the strategic directions of the assigned department on a daily basis.
- Perform clerical functions to support warehouse activities.
- Organize and distribute work in the assigned department.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Manage appointment schedules and operational document flow.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Support warehouse activities such as picking, packing, shipping, receiving, reverse logistics, and inventory control.
- Regularly monitor the status of daily workload completion.
- Monitor the systematic completion of workload.
- Properly close all shipments in the system.
- Research and resolve dealer support issues.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of logistics/distribution experience, preferred.
- OEM distribution experience, preferred.
- Computer literate and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work as a member of a team and independently as needed.
- Ability to speak or understand Spanish is a plus.

This role requires full time attendance at the facility with position hours of either 9:30AM to 6:00PM or 12:30PM to 9:00PM Monday thru Friday. Although RDC Clerks may be asked to support in all departments within the building, this position's primary focus will be the Outbound (Shipping) Department.
Relocation is not available for this position.
The expected salary range for this position is $41,600.00 - $66,800.00.
The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
