Oversees field and corporate multimedia marketing projects to generate leads, visits and move-ins. Responsibilities include project management, strategic planning, developing creative designs to generate and nurture leads. Serves as a central point of contact for the marketing departments at community locations as it pertains to each communitys primary hyperlocal marketing and advertising efforts.Manages hyperlocal community and corporate creative projects including: digital, social media, video, print, collateral (flyers, brochures, etc.) emails, direct mail, photo shoots, signage and more.Guides Brookdales creative services team to develop creative media that performs against set objectives (driving move ins, brand awareness, familiarity and more).Manages workflow processes and oversees projects within the digital marketing and sales hub.Develops custom community media plans; creating advertising placements based on overall marketing best practices as well as creative messaging strategy.Partners with internal cross-functional teams and agencies to understand goals and key performance metrics; responsible for ongoing education of marketing best practices and trends.Abides by media budget estimates to ensure projects are both cost effective and within budget.Focuses on maintaining superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight.This job description represents an overview of the responsibilities for the above referenced position.
