Process Engineer (Engineering)
Summary/Objective
The Process Engineer is responsible for improving and optimizing manufacturing processes in a textile production environment. The role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring systems that ensure the highest levels of product quality, efficiency, and safety. The Process Engineer will collaborate with cross functional teams, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D, to drive continuous improvement initiatives, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational performance.

Work Environment
This job operates in a manufacturing environment where the worker may be exposed to noise, dust and some chemicals, requiring the use of appropriate personal protective equipment including safety glasses, hearing protection and non-skid shoes.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear, sit, reach with hands and arms. This employee may be required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, kneel and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Extended hours and weekends may be required.
Travel
This position requires local travel among facilities or further distances for training purposes.
