Code and enter all research stipend payments
Code and enter all clinic petty cash reimbursements
Code and enter all employee benefits billing
Upload refunds
Assist other team members with AP entries as needed
Track vendor contracts to ensure all information is up to date - maintain standing purchase order document
Prepare and process bank deposits
Determine that all bank deposits and credit card receipts are received from clinics
Reconcile credit card payments with merchant processor
Filing AP and other documentation
Resolve various accounting issues
Prepare and maintain various spreadsheets using excel
Other projects as assigned
