Responsibilities Processes Responds to tenant needs and requests. Performs general labor such as replacing light bulbs, filter changes, ceiling tile replacements, general building repairs and miscellaneous carpentry. Maintains building exterior (sidewalks) through periodic, independent inspections. Complete all service requests in a timely manner. Self-initiate service requests as needed. Escorts vendors into secure common areas and tenant spaces. Assists with the set up and break down of special events. Assists with trouble-shooting and repairs of building systems. Responds to building emergencies. Receives instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Looks for opportunities to continually improve maintenance processes and make recommendations to superiors. Respond to 24-hour emergency calls as required. Carry mobile phone as required for on-call duty. Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays Works with all building personnel in a cooperative and professional manner. Strictly adheres to all safety rules, policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Measures of Accountability Efficiently performing job tasks with proficiency and quality.
