Chief Information Officer (Finance)
Accountable for directing the information and data integrity of the enterprise and its groups and for all Information Technology functions of the Bank. This includes all data centers, technical services, operation production scheduling functions, help desk, communication networks (data and voice), computer program development, computer systems operations, maintaining the integrity of all electronic and optical data and records of the Bank. Provides overall management and definition of all computer and communication activities within the enterprise including responsibility for providing a leadership role in the day to day operation of the Information Technology functions as well as providing direction as the enterprise grows through internal growth and external acquisition.

Experience
Education/Certifications/Licenses
Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science or Software Engineering. Experience or focused education on Business Administration also desirable.
Skills
Physical Requirement
Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management.
Regular in-office attendance required. Position is located in Topeka, Kansas

Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities. Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters. Must be able to complete complex mathematical calculations and spell accurately.
