In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, and providing essential clerical support to the administrative team. Your duties will be strictly clerical and limited to the Reception and Administrative area, with no clinical involvement. As a Front Desk Receptionist, Medical Receptionist, or Backup Receptionist, you will ensure smooth communication and organization within the facility, assisting with administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Essential Duties
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor.
• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
• Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals and cancellations.
• Maintain visitor sign- in log.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
• Maintain and tidy the reception area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Agree not to disclose resident's protected health information and promptly report suspected or known
violations of such disclosure to the Administrator.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
Report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure of such information.
