SAP Sales & Distribution Business Analyst (Finance)
Overview Want to use your SAP expertise to deliver sales logistics efficiencies and support the Order to Cash (OTC) area for a Fortune 200 Company with some of the most iconic brands? If you have a bachelor's degree and eight plus years of experience designing and delivering enterprise SAP solutions, with strong knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution and Materials Management modules, including integration points with FI/CO modules, we want to speak with you! We are currently seeking a SAP Sales & Distribution Business Analyst in Richmond, VA but are open to a remote work arrangement. What you will be doing:
Collaborating with business partners, project managers, developers, and vendors within Enterprise Technology to understand needs, provide insights, and make recommendations for medium to large projects.
Crafting technical solutions for the OTC area, including documenting business process flows, defining requirements, writing specifications, configuring solutions, and leading testing activities.
Developing innovative ideas and establishing the building blocks of new programs that use SAP OTC data/processes and other integrated systems to deliver sales logistics efficiencies.
Defining architecture solutions that align with business objectives, considering requirements and constraints.
Prioritizing requirements and crafting conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
Communicating data architecture, concepts, status, and courses of action to management and key business partners.
Collaborating with partners to ensure successful integration of data sources within the system environment.
Developing, maintaining, and enforcing software design methodologies and architectural standards.
Establishing relationships with key suppliers and providing technical direction to operations staff.
Performing analysis as needed.
We want you to have:
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related subject area.
8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise SAP solutions.
Strong knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution and Materials Management modules, including integration points with FI/CO modules.
Proficiency in understanding and performing SAP configuration, coding, SAP ALE, master data, and SAP batch job processing.
Familiarity with data structures, information technologies, and information systems delivery standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong technical writing skills and vendor management skills.
Flexibility and creativity in finding solutions.
Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of SAP security, controls, and compliance with SOX is preferred.
Experience with BI/BW, Solution Manager, ABAP, Cyberfusion, Azure DevOps, Magento (or other e-commerce platforms), and associated Order Management systems with SAP integration, Blue Yonder Demand Planning module, or similar technologies is a plus.

Total Rewards The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions.
