As a Group Lead, Inhalation, Product Development you will contribute as part of a cross functional team on internal and/or client projects to develop and execute work plans against specific hypotheses and problem statements. You will also be responsible for delivering high quality, scientifically sound experimental plans and resulting data sets to advance products through the development lifecycle.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Supervise daily activity of direct reports toward project deliverables
- Provide appropriate systems, SOGs, and guidance
- Ensure safe work environment, processes, and standards
- Ensure data quality and integrity
- Adhere to development quality systems and standards
- Schedule work to meet project deliverables across multiple projects
- Accountable for the quality of project deliverables
- Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities on specific equipment, operations, and/or systems
- Aide in the professional development of junior colleagues and direct reports
- Manage personnel within company systems
- Provide ongoing feedback and guidance to direct reports
- Assist and support GMP manufacturing by participating in activities, including, but not limited to: development study design and execution, training, clinical tech transfer, investigation support, product commercialization and ongoing product support, equipment design and qualification, and change control
Position Requirements
- Requires a university degree and 5+ years of related experience
- Experience providing technical and development support to clinical and commercial manufacturing groups is required
- Experience working with clients and technical teams is required
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
- Works independently; receives minimal guidance
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
