3rd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor
This role is part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business helping our network of local cooperatives, independent dealers and other large retailers serve producers, and animal owners throughout the United States. Through industry -leading R&D and committed partnerships, we innovate the nutrition products and practices that unlock the full potential of every animal for a healthier, more productive life.
If you enjoy leading people in a team-oriented, manufacturing work environment, then the ManufacturingSupervisor in our Animal Nutrition plant would be a good fit for you. Your focus would be coordinating production, taking the forefront in safety and quality, and employee engagement and compliance with regulatory needs.
You will be responsible for coordinating and providing direction for the workflow and scheduling functions of a high volume, fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position is also responsible for managing production personnel and executing production for multiple departments.
Experience-Education (Required):
- Bachelors degree and 1+ years manufacturing leadership experience OR high School Diploma and 4+ years manufacturing leadership experience
- Candidates in the rotational Land O' Lakes programs (TAP/MMT/DMT) will be considered

3rd Shift; 10:00 pm - 6:30 am Mon - Fri with potential weekends and off shift hours.
Salary: $69,040 - $103,560
