We are currently looking for a Maintenance Director to join our team. Successful candidates will have the following:

• Maintenance experience in a healthcare setting
• Supervisory experience and ability to effectively manage
• Excellent communication skills
• Budgeting skills
• Be a "Jack of All Trades"
• Valid driver's license

Your day to day:

As Maintenance Director, you will plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortab le manner.
