Our Director of Clinical Education Will:
Implement clinical education programs tailored to senior living and Heritage programming.Onboard, train, coach and provide ongoing support to our Directors of Healthcare to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of clinical education initiatives.Maintain program integrity of the Portraits and Snapshots programs by developing training curriculum and providing train the trainer resources to community leaders and associates.Ensure that annual competency and education is completed and utilize relevant clinical quality improvement initiatives and processes.
