Job Description:
The New York County District Attorney's Office (DANY) has an immediate opening for a Body-Worn Camera Manager in its Litigation Support Unit (LSU). The Unit is committed to enhancing existing methods of obtaining, processing, reviewing, and handling of electronic evidence received and related to ongoing cases and investigations; assisting case teams in reviewing and accessing all Body Worn Camera footage; and protecting potentially privileged communications by removing them from prosecuting and/or investigating teams until a multi-level review determines they are either not privileged, or come within an exception to privilege. The Unit assists in cases office wide, including large-scale frauds, street crimes, and sex crimes. Reporting ultimately to the First Assistant District Attorney, through the Unit Chief or the First Assistant's Designee. In this position, the manager is responsible for managing a team of analysts that provide technical and analytical support to the Unit and the office at large.
