Broiler/Maintenance Technician (Food Services)
Executes scheduled and preventative maintenance activities
Responds to unplanned maintenance related issues
Troubleshoots, and repairs equipment
Safely and competently operates, maintains, and attends to facility equipment
Ensures compliance to the food safety management system
Occasionally oversees or assists with work conducted by vendors/contractors
Effectively communicates with machine operators and managers
Must learn general operation of all plant production equipment
Appropriately documents all work performed in appropriate system
Provides coverage for machine operators during lunch and break periods
Completes work with attention to detail, and a cooperative, respectful attitude
Demonstrates a commitment to safety and awareness
Other duties, responsibilities and/or tasks as assigned
