We are currently looking for a Program Manager (Entry Level) to join our team. This person will assist in supporting and coordinating key customer programs and accounts. The individual will play a critical role in ensuring that customer projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule by working with various internal teams. This entry-level position provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience in program management and customer relations, while learning the full lifecycle of program execution. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Program Support: Assist with the management of assigned key accounts and customer programs, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in line with customer expectations. Account Knowledge: Help maintain an understanding of customer products and needs by reviewing documentation, attending meetings, and supporting communication between teams. Team Coordination: Work with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Operations, and Quality) to help ensure smooth and efficient execution of programs. Coordinate meetings and communications to keep all parties informed. Project Assistance: Help support the implementation of new programs by coordinating tasks, tracking timelines, and assisting with the organization of resources. Reporting and Tracking: Track and monitor the progress of ongoing projects. Help prepare regular updates for clients and internal teams, ensuring project milestones are met. Documentation: Assist in ensuring all program-related documentation is accurate and up to date. Maintain records of meetings, project status, and customer communications. Customer Interaction: Assist with customer communication, answering questions, and ensuring customer expectations are being met by providing regular updates and addressing concerns under the guidance of senior team members. Compliance Assistance: Ensure that the activities you assist with comply with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements. Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate project and account-related data in internal systems and databases. Ensure all records are up to date and accessible to relevant teams. Report Generation: Pull and analyze open reports for program status and performance metrics. Help identify key areas that require attention or improvements. Portal Management: Assist with managing customer portals, ensuring timely updates, and maintaining accurate information in the system as required by the customer. RMA Management: Support the management of Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), ensuring that they are processed correctly and follow through with necessary actions. On-Time Delivery Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that products and services are delivered to customers on time, assisting with any coordination or follow-up needed to resolve delays. Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related field. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or the tech industry is a plus but not required. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly with both internal teams and external clients. Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Problem-Solving: Ability to assist with solving basic project-related issues and effectively support others in finding solutions. Software Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with ERP systems is a plus, but not required. Teamwork: Strong team player with a positive, proactive attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Preferred Qualifications Industry Experience: Any experience in a manufacturing or technology environment is a plus but not required. Customer-facing Experience: Exposure to customer communication or sales is a bonus.
