Health Coach Sr. Supervisor (Finance)
The Health Coach Supervisor is an integral member of the Evernorth Workplace Care management team. Supervisor will be involved in the hiring, evaluation, and management of onsite coach team members. They will report directly to the Coach Manager. The individual must have the ability to function in an autonomous manner, but also collaborate with team and Manager to ensure optimal coaching services in responsible manner.
Operations Management:
Responsibilities include working with, communicating, directing, planning, organizing, financial/operational monitoring, and integrating operations in order to facilitate the delivery of cost effective, high quality coaching services in an ever-changing environment. Actively drives and achieves results with accountable matrix partners. Oversees the day-to-day operations activities for coaching programs under EWC Coach Manager. Provides ongoing support and leadership direction to resolve problems and issues as they arise, utilizing independent judgment and discretion. Collaborates with all levels of staff in a variety of departments; providers, customers, training teams, reporting teams, quality managers, recruiters, and matrix partners.
Quality:
Ensures quality of coaching program of EWC Onsite Coaching by collectively forming a Quality Taskforce, responsible for evaluating coaching documentation providing an in-house quality solution. This will be an updated process to utilize NCQA standards, CVT reviews, and Deskside feedback. This process includes new employees, as well as seasoned staff at varying levels of performance.
Coaching:
The Coach Supervisor will continue to fulfill client duties by providing customer and client support. This includes identifying customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities. Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans, set personalized evidence-based goals, and support customers in achieving those goals. Empower customers to become an active participant in their own health outcomes. Assist Customer in overcoming barriers to better health. Lead and support a variety of Health and wellness promotional activities, such as group coaching, wellness challenges and Health related seminars. May perform biometric screenings, including finger sticks, blood pressure, body composition, etc. Utilize biometric values and motivational interviewing techniques to collaborate with customer to drive to improve clinical outcomes. Provide support for health-related site events, which include open enrollment, wellness committee facilitation, flu shot events, health fairs, etc. Collaborate with our matrix partners to support the overall health and wellness strategy the aligned client.
Responsible for providing operational leadership, ensuring business discipline is a component of the decision making process necessary for the successful operation of EWC Onsite Coaching. The individual will work directly with Coach Managers to assure their performance and accountability. Their individual contributions are integral to the success of the EWC, by blending financial, operational, quality sustainment and coaching goals.

Location: Coach will remain at their current client location.
