Construction Operations Manager- Redmond, UT (Internal Candidates Only) (Finance)
Position Overview
This is a skilled position where the employee will organize, develop and oversee the construction operations. This position will require the individual to manage a variety of functions related to construction field operations. The Construction Operations Manager will report to the General Manager and will oversee superintendents, estimators and project managers as direct reports. The operations manager will be required to coordinate efforts with the asphalt and ready mix plant managers.

Ability to carry out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
