Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical designs.
Work with minimal supervision on large, complex IAM projects, often providing direction to others on the team.
Build, manage, and maintain IAM related security tools and the infrastructure required to support them. Focus on designing and implementing automation to aid the team in creating efficiencies.
Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and effectiveness of various IGA systems.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
What this role needs:
Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience within Information Technology.
5+ years of professional experience.
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience implementing and supporting IAM solutions such as Okta, Microsoft, or CyberArk.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts including user lifecycle management, access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), entitlement management, and separation of duties (SoD).
Experience with engineering best practices, including analyzing, designing, developing, deploying, and supporting software solutions.
Proficiency at least one scripting language such as PowerShell or Python or Java.
Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with relational databases.
Experience with integrating systems and applications using APIs and web services.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex IAM challenges and provide effective solutions.
Strong documentation, testing, and automation skills.
Demonstrates a continuous learning and improvement mindset.
