• Seeking candidate that is currently enrolled in college, in a IT related field
• Certified Salesforce Administrator / Development/ Agent force
• Enrolled in an accredited college or university studying one of the following disciplines (or similar): Computer Science, Cyber / Information Security, or Computer Information systems.
• Salesforce Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs for custom development and integrations.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and resolve complex system issues.
• Data Management: Skilled in ensuring data integrity, performing migrations, and creating actionable reports/dashboards.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Agile mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and stay current with evolving Salesforce features and tools.
