Field Facilitator (Finance)
Job Description
The Field Facilitator role provides training and development on technology, equipment, processes, and systems to individuals throughout Badger. This education is delivered through hands-on training classes, online sessions, and/or in-person workshops where they teach best practices and standards for utilizing Badger technologies. This position requires strong functional knowledge and a passion for building knowledge and competency of Badger's technology, practices, and services.
The salary for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or an associate degree in training, education, administration, or a related field, or a comparable mix of education and relevant work experience of 5 years.
- A CDL is mandatory for this position. Candidates who do not currently hold a CDL must successfully pass the CDL test and obtain their license within the first three months of employment. Non-compliance will result in termination of employment.
- Demonstrated one (1) year of progressively responsible experience in training or education preferred, such as a Badger Operator Mentor.
- Preferred bilingual - English/French/Spanish
