We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Account Director to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in driving sales and fostering relationships within the radiation oncology sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical device sales, with specific expertise in radiation oncology.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including oncologists, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning within the radiation oncology landscape.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement with forecasting accuracy
What you bring
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in medical device sales, with a focus on radiation oncology.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of radiation oncology technologies and treatment modalities.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
Travel: Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
