Cycle Counter (Transportation)
Count and reconcile the in-house inventory balances and the off-site warehouse inventory.
Research and determine cause of errors and communicate errors using the corrective action form.
Conduct a monthly bill of materials, back flush deduction, and location maintenance audits.
Troubleshoot and rectify inventory issues that arise.
Work with finance to address any accounting or purchasing problems and respond accordingly.
Assist internal and external auditors.
Work with production to correct inventory variances
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is a plus.
The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is required.
Two (2) or more years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or a related area.
For Forklift Operator roles, certification will be provided but previous equipment experience or certification is required.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably Microsoft AX.
Food processing or packaging experience
Understanding of food safety, workplace safety, and food quality standards is strongly preferred.
Self-directed and personally motivated
Attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while focusing on meeting or exceeding customer expectations
Good team player able to work well with others and contribute to a positive work environment.
Good attendance and performance track record.

Hours, Location and Pay:
We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm at our Neenah, WI distribution center.
Physical and Mental Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required in this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Mental demands include multi-tasking, decision making, problem solving, comparing, copying, computing, compiling, analyzing, coordinating, and synthesizing data.
