- LVN Hourly Range: $35-$40/hour
- RN Hourly Range: $45-$50/hour

Your Role:
As a Full-Time AM LVN or RN at Lincoln Meadows Care Center, you will:
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physicians' orders.
- Monitor residents' conditions and ensure proper documentation.
- Provide compassionate care and support to residents and their families.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents' needs are met.
- Uphold safety and infection control protocols to maintain a healthy environment.
