Human Resources (Administrative)
The primary purpose of your job position is to assist the DSD/DON/Administrator in Administering policies and implementing facility orientation.
Supports organizational goals and values
Receive and follow schedule/instructions from your direct supervisor
Must uphold strict confidentiality, be team oriented and a results oriented self-starter
Upkeeps knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations relating to HR functions in the state of California
Assist in data entry
File compliance- ensuring proper documents are maintained within personnel files
Maintain all workers compensation reports and OSHA logs
Gathers information and prepares reports on various HR topics as needed
Ensure that in-services are scheduled in a timely manner
Works with Risk Manager as needed on complex HR/WC cases
Assist in coordinating safety programs with DSD/ESV Directors
Be courteous, considerate, and cooperative when communicating with all facility personnel, residents, and the public
Oversight of FMLA/CRFA/LOA for the facility
May assist with payroll duties
Run and verify all background checks
Other duties as assigned by DON, DSD, or Administrator
