Content Design Lead- Design Systems (Finance)
You're a good fit for this role if you:
• 7+ years of experience in content design or related fields

• 2+ years of experience working with product teams (Preferred)

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement content strategies that maximize the value of content across the enterprise, specifically focusing on quality control and effective management in the design and delivery phases of product creation
• Continue to develop and maintain content styles and standards bringing them to the appropriate context through tooling and design system integration
• Document the application of content rules to Design System components, modules, and flows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and categorize content for reusable flows that support product or client configurations for all known use cases
• Partner with the design system team to integrate content configurations into the design system and partner with the content management team to help relate the content design system to the content management platform's models
• Help establish new operational practices for governance of content quality and reuse across teams

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 124,100 - 206,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
