Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master (Finance)
The Senior IT Project Manager position will be focused on leading the successful planning, execution and delivery of projects, supporting multiple teams in Global Actuarial IT systems, requiring strong leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality.
As Senior Project Manager, this individual will be responsible for leading and overseeing multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline, facilitating daily standup meetings, managing risks, and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-value increments throughout the project lifecycle, while actively promoting continuous improvement and adapting to changing requirements within the team and organization; often requiring experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum and strong communication skills to guide teams towards optimal performance.
